SXJZ series plastic doors and windows profiles extrusion line adopts the PVC powder to manufacture various plastic doors and windows profiles. The unit is optimized in design, referring to the newest foreign technology. The unit has advantages of plasticizing even, low speed ratio of cutting, high output, long use-life and so on. The unit is composed of cone double-screw extruder, vacuumshaping table, drawing machine, cutter, laminator, turnover frame and so on.

The main frame adopts imported frequency converter for governing. The temperature controller adopts Japan RKC product. The vacuum pump of the auxiliary machine and drawing motor both adopt high-quality products. The maintenance is simple and convenient. The unit is also able to straight extrude special-shaped artificial wood foamed material. The result is better than that of the single-screw extruder.

The forming table could select the specifications such as 4m, 6m, 8m, 11m, etc according to the different moulds. It is equipped with the parallel double-screw main frame, which is especially suitable for the high-speed extrusion of the profiles.
